To register for a free trial class, click on Free Trial classes under Calendar on the left. Scroll down, and click on the free trial class you would like to attend. Click on TRY THIS CLASS FOR FREE, and fill in your information. If there's any issues, e-mail info@crossfitrva.com. We currently only have a few free trial classes available, scroll down the calendar to see all the available time slots.
